Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie
Torino, 23 ottobre 2023 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 13 aprile 2023 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in pari data, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 16 al 20 ottobre 2023, ha acquistato sul mercato Euronext Milan (EXM) n. 13.400 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 4.241.000 azioni proprie, pari al 7,85% del capitale sociale e al 6,19% sui diritti di voto.

Update on the share buy-back plan
Turin, October 23rd, 2023 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 13th, 2023, whose commencement was announced on April 13th, 2023, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period October 16th and 20th, 2023, acquired on the EXM 13,400 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,241,000 treasury shares, equal to 7.85% of the share capital and 6.19% on the voting rights.
