Aggiornamento sull'esecuzione del piano di acquisto di azioni proprie

Torino, 23 settembre 2019 - Nell'ambito del programma di acquisto e disposizione di azioni proprie, autorizzato dall'Assemblea degli Azionisti tenutasi in data 19 aprile 2019 e il cui avvio è stato annunciato in data 7 maggio 2019, BasicNet S.p.A., nel periodo dal 16 al 20 settembre 2019, ha acquistato sul Mercato Telematico Azionario n. 22.500 azioni. A seguito degli acquisti di cui sopra BasicNet detiene complessivamente n. 7.426.022 azioni proprie, pari al 12,175% del capitale sociale.

Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, September 23, 2019 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 19th, 2019, whose commencement was announced on May 7th, 2019, BasicNet S.p.A., in the period September 16th and 20th, 2019, acquired on the MTA 22,500 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 7,426,022 treasury shares, equal to 12.175% of the share capital.
