Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, February 29th, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27th, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4th, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period February 22nd and 26th 2016, acquired 16,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,717,000 treasury shares, equal to 7.734% of the share capital.
