Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, July 4th, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period June 27th and July 1st 2016, acquired 122,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,991,500 treasury shares, equal to 8.184% of the share capital.
