Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, September 5th, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period August 29th and September 2nd 2016, acquired 53,500 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,225,800 treasury shares, equal to 8.57% of the share capital.
