Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, November 7th, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period October 31st and November 4th 2016, acquired on the MTA 16,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,291,500 treasury shares, equal to 8.676% of the share capital.
