Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, December 5th, 2016 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 28th, 2016, whose commencement was announced on May 3rd, 2016, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period November 28th and December 2nd 2016, acquired on the MTA 30,484 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 5,396,940 treasury shares, equal to 8.85% of the share capital.
