Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, September 7th, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27th, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4th, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period August 31st and September 4th, 2015, acquired 11,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,382,153 treasury shares, equal to 7.18% of the share capital.
