Turin, November 30th, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27th, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4th, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A., on November 27th 2015, acquired 2,000 shares at an average price of 4,323 Euro. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,468,153 treasury shares, equal to 7.326% of the share capital.
