Update on the share buy-back plan

Turin, December 14th, 2015 - Within the treasury share buy-back and utilization programme, authorised by the Shareholders' AGM of April 27th, 2015, whose commencement was announced on May 4th, 2015, BasicNet S.p.A. in the period December 7th and 11th 2015, acquired 12,000 shares. Following these acquisitions, BasicNet holds 4,492,000 treasury shares, equal to 7.365% of the share capital.
