Torino, 2 agosto 2022 - Si rende noto è stato messo a disposizione del pubblico, presso la sede di ciascuna delle società partecipanti alla fusione, sul sito internet di BasicNet S.p.A. all'indirizzo www.basicnet.com nella sezione: dati finanziari/altre informazioni e presentazioni il progetto di fusione per incorporazione della BasicNewco Srl con Socio Unico nella BasicNet S.p.A., corredato della documentazione prescritta dalla normativa vigente. Presso la sede legale della Società sono stati altresì messi a disposizione del pubblico i bilanci degli ultimi tre esercizi della sola BasicNet S.p.A. essendo BasicNewco Srl stata costituita a maggio del corrente esercizio.

Merger by incorporation of BasicNewco Srl with Sole Shareholder.

Turin, August 2, 2022 - It is hereby announced that the proposal for the merger by incorporation of BasicNewco Srl with Sole Shareholder into BasicNet S.p.A. has been made available to the public at the registered office of each of the companies participating in the merger and on the website of BasicNet S.p.A. at www.basicnet.com in the section: financial data/other information and presentations, accompanied by the documentation required by the applicable regulation. The financial statements for the last three years of BasicNet S.p.A. alone, BasicNewco Srl having been established in May of the current year, were also made available to the public at the Company's registered office.
