Torino, 3 gennaio 2024 – BasicNet rende noto che in data 1° gennaio 2024 ha avuto effetto la maggiorazione del diritto di voto relativamente a n. 700.843 azioni ordinarie, ai sensi dell'art.127-quinquies del Testo Unico della Finanza e in conformità a quanto previsto dallo Statuto Sociale e dal Regolamento per il voto maggiorato, adottato dalla Società in data 29 luglio 2021, disponibile sul sito internet della Società nella sezione BasicNet.com/Corporate governance BasicNet/Voto maggiorato.
