CHANGE OF PRINCIPAL PLACE OF BUSINESS IN HONG KONG

The board (the “ Board ”) of directors (the “ Directors ”) of AL Group Limited (the “ Company ”) hereby announces that the principal place of business of the Company in Hong Kong has been changed to Suite 807, 8/F, Harcourt House, 39 Gloucester Road, Wan Chai, Hong Kong with effect from 3 May 2021. The telephone and facsimile numbers of the Company remain unchanged.
