BASIC-FIT'S GENERAL MEETING VOTES IN FAVOUR OF ALL VOTING ITEMS
Mr. Van der Graaf new Chairman of the Supervisory Board
Hoofddorp, 16 May 2017 – Basic-Fit announces that at today's Annual General Meeting, the General Meeting voted in favour of all voting items.
Mr. Kees van der Graaf was appointed as member of the Supervisory Board. He will replace Mr. Ronald van der Vis as Chairman of the Supervisory Board who stepped down at the Annual General Meeting. In addition, Mr. Rob van der Heijden was appointed as member of the Supervisory Board and Mr. Hans Willemse was re-appointed as member of the Supervisory Board.
