Basic Chemical Industries Co ( BCI ) announces the latest developments on signing of a memorandum of understanding with CP Kelco.

Further to previous announcements by the Basic Chemical Industries Co (BCI) published on the latest developments regarding the memorandum of understanding signed with CB Kelco on the construction and operation of xanthan gum factory region of Jubail in Saudi Arabia, starting from the announcement posted on 15/09/2013 even another declaration at 22/04/2015, the Company would like to announce that the project has been presented to the board of Directors and decided to postpone the project because of current market conditions.
