Further to the announcement published on Tadawul website on 18-06-2013 related to Resignation and Appointment of CEO. Basic Chemical Industries Co announces addendum as :Mr. Michael S. Layous will continue in the membership of the Board of Directors as a Non-Executive Director in its current session and for a period of three years with effect from 15/ 06/2013, according to the election of the ordinary General Assembly dated 04.21.2013 and advertised on the Tadawul site, dated 04/22/2013.
