21 para 1 WpHG that on May 24, 2007 its share in the voting rights of our
company has fallen below the threshold of 3 % and at that day amounts to
2.930 % (14,712,137 voting rights). Of these voting rights 0.04 % (214.106
voting rights) are assigned to UBS AG according to § 22 para s. 1 no. 1
WpHG.
