Re: Review of CRISIL outlook on Rs. 20 crore Non-Convertible Debentures of the Company

We wish to inform you that CRISIL has revised the outlook on the Non-Convertible Debenture Programme of the Company to ‘ Stable ’ from ‘Negative’. The rating on the Non-Convertible Debentures has been reaffirmed at ‘CRISIL AAA’. It may kindly be noted that instruments with “CRISIL AAA” rating are considered to have the highest degree of safety regarding timely servicing of the financial obligations and carry lowest credit risk.

The ratings on the Fixed Deposits and Commercial Paper have been reaffirmed at ‘ FAAA/Stable ’ and ‘ CRISIL A1+ ’, respectively.

Please treat the above information as intimation under Regulation 30 of the Securities & Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 as amended.
