• 1. Resignation of Mr. Dirk Bremm as a Non-Executive Director of the Company, effective 5[th] August 2021.
• 1. Appointment of Dr. Carola Richter as the Non-Executive Director, to fill the casual vacancy caused by the resignation of Mr. Dirk Bremm, effective 6[th] August 2021.

Profile of Dr. Carola Richter

Dr. Carola Richter is the President – South & East Asia, ASEAN & Australia, New Zealand. She has received her PhD in Physics from Heidelberg University, Germany. She joined BASF SE, Germany in 2003 and has been with BASF for more than 17 years. She has handled various Regional & Global leadership responsibilities in Hong Kong and Germany. Her leadership experience cuts across multiple operating divisions like Coatings, Performance Chemicals and functions like Business Management Acrylics & Superabsorbents, Global Business Management Hygiene, Global Marketing Technology & Supply Chain – Dispersions & Pigments, Economic Evaluations.

• 1. Appointment of Mr. Narendranath J. Baliga, Chief Financial Officer of the Company as Alternate Director to Dr. Carola Richter, effective 6[th] August 2021. Earlier, he was an Alternate Director to Mr. Dirk Bremm.

Profile of Mr. Narendranath J. Baliga

Mr. Narendranath J. Baliga is a Chartered Accountant and a graduate in Business Management. He joined BASF in 1994 and during his 27 years tenure with the Company, he has managed regional and global responsibilities in India, Singapore, China & Germany in the areas of Finance, Controlling, Supply Chain and Process & Enterprise Architecture. Mr. Narendranath J. Baliga is the Chief Financial Officer of the Company since January 1, 2015 and is also Vice President – Global Business Services.
