EXTENSION TO SQUIREL LIMITED DUE DILIGENCE PERIOD

Further to the announcement on 17 June 2016, Metallum Limited advises that it has mutually agreed with Squirel Limited ( Squirrel ) to extend the end date for completion of due diligence by both parties to 18 July 2016.

Both parties look forward to completing the transaction and driving the exciting opportunities for the Squirrel business as a listed company.
