ARC MINERALS TRANSACTION UPDATE

Further to the ASX announcements on 25 March 2021 and 24 May 2021, Kopore Metals Limited (“ Kopore ” or “ Company ”) advises that the Company and AIM listed ARC Minerals Limited are well advanced on the definitive agreements relating to the sale of 75% of the issued capital in the Company’s wholly owned subsidiary company, Alvis-Crest (Proprietary) Limited, the owner of two prospecting licences in the Kalahari Copper Belt in Botswana (“ Transaction ”).

As announced on 24 May 2021, the Company and ARC Minerals Limited had agreed the conditions precedent to the Transaction were to be satisfied by 23 June 2021 (being extended from 60 days as announced on 25 March 2021), however it has been mutually agreed to extend this date to 23 July 2021 in order to facilitate the finalisation of the shareholders agreement and royalty agreement.
