APPOINTMENT OF NON-EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR

Kopore Metals Limited (“Kopore” or “Company”) is pleased to announce the appointment of Ms Caroline Keats to its Board of Directors, as a Non-Executive Director, effective immediately.

Ms Keats is a focused business leader and corporate executive with 20 years of corporate/commercial experience. She has extensive experience working with assets in foreign jurisdictions, particularly Africa and has successfully liaised with foreign governments to improve understanding about operational and Australian corporate requirements and facilitated outcomes beneficial to mining projects, local communities and the local economy.

Ms Keats is legally qualified, having commenced her career as a lawyer at Blake Dawson Waldron (now Ashurst) and then at Blakiston & Crabb (now Gilbert & Tobin). She has since worked in senior management and executive roles at Paladin Energy Ltd, Mawson West Limited, MRX Technologies (a Siemens business) and more recently held the Managing Director role at Tiger Resources Limited. Ms Keats is currently a Director of Tiger Resources Limited and is working as a corporate advisor to mining companies.

Commenting on the appointment, Peter Meagher, Chairman of the Board said:

“Caroline is an experienced listed company executive and director and has worked on numerous resources projects in Australia and overseas, including handson work on projects in Africa. Caroline has been providing corporate advisory services to Kopore for some months and we are delighted to now welcome her to the Board.”

An Appendix 3X “Initial Director’s Interest Notice” for Ms Keats follows.

Ms Keats was engaged on 24 May 2021 to provide corporate advisory services to the Company for an initial 3 month term, which may be extended for further 3 month periods by mutual agreement, at a fee of $18,750 (plus GST) per month for 15 calendar days’ service. While receiving the corporate advisory fee, Ms Keats will not be entitled to any additional non-Executive Director fees.
