CHANGE OF GENERAL MEETING VENUE

22 February 2016

Metallum Limited (ASX: MNE) advises that, due to a larger number of shareholders indicating they will attend the meeting than originally anticipated, the General Meeting to be held on 26 February 2016 has been moved to a larger venue:

New Venue:

Quest West Perth Level 1, 54 Kings Park Rd West Perth WA 6005

Further, the start time for the General Meeting will be deferred until 10.15am to allow any shareholders who attend the old venue ample time to move to the new venue.

All other details for the General Meeting remain unchanged.
