With reference to our earlier intimation dated February 27, 2026 and pursuant to Regulation 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 (“ Listing Regulations ”) we hereby inform you that the Company has made a further investment in Huwel Lifesciences Private Limited (“Huwel”) amounting to INR 4,00,00,000/- (Indian Rupees Four Crore Only).

Pursuant to the said investment, the Company will get 5,154 equity shares of Huwel at a price of INR 7760/- per share, including a premium of INR 7750/- per share, representing 1.11% of the paid-up equity share capital of Huwel.

The disclosures pursuant to Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 and Part A of Schedule III of the aforesaid regulations, is attached as per ‘ Annexure A’
