Sub: Corrigendum to the outcome of Board meeting dated June 09, 2023

This is in continuation of our intimation of outcome of Board meeting held on June 09, 2023 approving investment by the board and issue of preference shares as swap for the investment.

In this regards we would like to inform you that the

• value of investment mentioned in point “a” was inadvertently mentioned as Rs. 21,74,37,076 whereas the correct figure is Rs. 21,76,49,770 (30699 i.e No. of shares to be acquired *7089.80 i.e value per share).

• Corresponding value of shares to be issued by the company towards the proposed acquisition as mentioned in Point “b” was inadvertently mentioned as Rs. 21,74,37,076 whereas the correct figure is Rs. 21,76,49,770.

• Disclosures in terms of Regulation 30 of the Listing Regulations read with SEBI Circular on Continuous Disclosure Requirements i.e in Annexure-I Point No.8 consideration was inadvertently mentioned as Rs. 21,76,50,000 corrected version of the table (row) is detailed below:
