Completion of share repurchase programme
16 June 2023: Barratt Developments PLC (the "Company" or "Barratt Developments") announces that it has completed the share repurchase programme that it announced on 7 September 2022 to purchase up to £200m of its shares for cancellation.
Credit Suisse International, who undertook the final tranche on Barratt Developments' behalf (as announced on 8 February 2023), purchased 21,682,554 shares for a total consideration of £99,999,687.08.
As a result, Barratt Developments has now returned c.£200 million to its shareholders and completed the share repurchase programme.
