Completion of second tranche of share repurchase programme

28 December 2022: Barratt Developments PLC (the "Company" or "Barratt Developments") announces that the second £50 million tranche of the £200 million share repurchase programme announced on 7 September 2022 to purchase its shares for cancellation, has now completed.

Credit Suisse International, who undertook the second tranche on Barratt Developments' behalf (as announced on 19 October 2022), purchased 12,721,737 shares for a total consideration of £49,255,803.96.

Further details on the third tranche of the share repurchase programme will be announced in due course.
