Application to admit shares to the Official List

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 3,000,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

2,204,566 Shares are being reserved under a listing and will be issued as a result of the of the issue of shares pursuant to the following share schemes:

Deferred Bonus Plan	492,678

795,434 Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as a result of the exercise of shares under the Company's Savings-Related Share Option Scheme.

When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
