Application to admit shares to the Official List

An application has been made to the Financial Services Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 7,500,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each (the "Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

The Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued as a result of the exercise of shares pursuant to the following schemes:

Co-Investment Plan	1,250,000
Savings-Related Share Option Scheme	1,550,000

When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares.
