Grant of options under the Barratt Developments Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the 'SAYE')

An invitation to participate in the HMRC approved SAYE was recently extended to all employees with a minimum of one month's service with the Company on the same terms and was offered for a period of three or five years.

The Company announces that on 6 April 2022, Mike Scott, Chief Financial Officer, was granted options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company under the SAYE as follows:
