Application to admit shares to the Official List

An application has been made to the Financial Conduct Authority and the London Stock Exchange for a total of 2,886,199 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") to be admitted to the Official List.

2,386,199 Shares are being reserved under a listing and will be issued pursuant to the following share schemes:

Barratt Developments Deferred Bonus Plan	617,199

500,000 Shares are being reserved under a block listing and will be issued pursuant to the Barratt Developments Savings-Related Share Option Scheme.

When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares. 

Admission of the Shares is expected on 30 June 2021.
