Grant of options under the Barratt Developments Savings-Related Share Option Scheme (the 'SAYE')

An invitation to participate in the HMRC approved SAYE was recently extended to all employees with a minimum of one month's service with the Company on the same terms and was offered for a period of three or five years.

The Company announces that on 12 April 2023, Steven Boyes, Chief Operating Officer and Deputy Chief Executive, was granted options over ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company under the SAYE as follows:
