Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

The Company announces that Jessica White, Chief Financial Officer, has today purchased 10,000 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company.

The Company also announces that Peter Richard White, a PCA of Jessica White, Chief Financial Officer, has today transferred, to Jessica White, 8,088 ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company. The shares being transferred will still be included when calculating the total shareholding of Jessica White and her PCAs.

The Company confirms that, at the date of this announcement, each of the Directors of the Company, and their persons closely associated, hold the following total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company:
