(the 'Company')

Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

The Company announces that David Thomas, Chief Executive, has transferred 59,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each to the David Fraser Thomas 2017 Settlement and Janet Thomas, a PCA of David Thomas, has transferred 59,000 Ordinary Shares of 10 pence each to the Janet Thomas 2017 Settlement. The trustees of each of these Settlements are David Thomas and Janet Thomas and the Settlements are PCAs of David Thomas. The shares being transferred will still be included when calculating the total shareholding of David Thomas and his PCAs.

Accordingly, the Company confirms that, at the date of this announcement, each of the PDMRs of the Company, including their PCAs, hold the following total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company:
