The Company announces that David Thomas, Chief Executive, has transferred 100,000 shares to Janet Thomas, a PCA of David Thomas.  The shares being transferred will still be included when calculating the total shareholding of David Thomas and his PCAs.

Accordingly, the Company confirms that, at the date of this announcement, each of the PDMRs of the Company, including their PCAs, hold the following total number of ordinary shares of 10 pence each in the Company:
