Listing of Shares

The Company announces that it has made a listing application to the Financial Conduct Authority ("FCA") and the London Stock exchange ("LSE") for a total of 1,219 ordinary shares of 10 pence each ("Shares") to be admitted to the listing on the Official List of the FCA and to trading on the Main Market of the LSE.

The Shares are being issued pursuant to the exercise of awards by participants under the Redrow Deferred Bonus Plan and the Redrow Sharesave Plan.

When issued, the Shares will rank pari passu with the existing ordinary shares of the Company.

Admission of the Shares is expected on 27 February 2025.
