Barratt Developments PLC (the "Company") announces that Jock Lennox, a Non-Executive Director of the Company, is to be appointed to the Board of Johnson Service Group PLC as an Independent Non-Executive Director with effect from 5 January 2021. Jock will also assume the role of Chairman Designate with effect from the same date. The intention is that Jock will step up to the role of Chairman of Johnson Service Group PLC following the conclusion of their 2021 AGM in May.
