Annual Meeting of Shareholders – now online only

Barramundi Limited (Barramundi) published a Notice of Meeting on 16 September 2021 in relation to its Annual Meeting of Shareholders to be held on Friday 15 October 2021 at 10.30 am.

This update is to advise that Barramundi will no longer offer the ability for shareholders to attend the annual meeting in person due to the revised COVID-19 restrictions announced by the Government this week. Shareholders will only be able to participate online.

We appreciate the support and understanding of our shareholders with this change.

To attend and participate in the annual meeting online use the link to Barramundi’s online meeting platform provided by our share registrar, Computershare Investor Services. The link is https://meetnow.global/nz and search for Barramundi Limited.

Shareholders will be able to view presentations, ask questions and cast their vote from their desktop or mobile devices. Please refer to the Virtual Meeting Guide that was sent to all shareholders and warrant holders with the Notice of Meeting.
