Barramundi Group Ltd. - Stabilization Notice

Pursuant to Article 6(3) of Commission Regulation (EC) 2016/1052 supplementing Article 5 of Regulation (EU) No 596/2014 of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to regulatory technical standards for the conditions applicable to buy-back programmes and stabilization, and with reference to the stabilization period announcements dated 20 August 2021, 31 August 2021, 9 September 2021 and 13 September 2021, DNB Markets (Aksel Thue, telephone +47 23 26 81 01), a part of DNB Bank ASA, acting as Stabilization Manager in connection with the Private Placement and admission to trading of the shares in Barramundi Group Ltd. (the "Company") on Euronext Growth Oslo (EGO), hereby give notice that the stabilization period has ended and that the below stabilization transactions has been carried out in relation to the Company's shares:
