Barramundi Group Ltd (“Barramundi Group” or the “Company”) (EURONEXT: BARRA) announces that Edward Averrill Ng Yong Sheng and Lai Nge Kong (alternate Director to Edward) have resigned as Directors effective 20th February 2024.
They have served as valued Members of our Board of Directors, and we want to take the opportunity to express our sincere gratitude for the considerable time and effort invested into the Company.
