Barramundi Group Ltd – Changes to the Board of Directors

Singapore, 28 June 2023. Barramundi Group Ltd (“Barramundi Group” or the “Company”) (EURONEXT: BARRA), announces the appointment of Lai Nge Kong (alternate director to Edward Averrill Ng Yong Sheng) as director of the Company.

Nge Kong serves as the Head of Far East Capital, the family office and investment vehicle of Far East Organization, one of the largest private real estate developers in Singapore. In this role, his primary responsibility is managing global private investments for the family office.

Nge Kong’s career in investment began at Macquarie Bank in the Investment Banking Group before he moved to Temasek Holdings, where he played a key role in their Corporate Finance team.

He holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree, with Honours in Finance, from the University of Melbourne. During his studies, Nge Kong received numerous accolades, including the Melbourne Honours Scholarship, the Macquarie Bank Prize for Investments, and recognition on the Dean’s Honours List.
