Following a delay from its registrar, A.G. BARR p.l.c. (the "Company") was notified on 2 June 2026 that Julie Barr, Chief Legal & Sustainability Officer, was granted options over 3,150 of the Company's ordinary shares of 41/6 pence ("Ordinary Shares") on 22 May 2026, in accordance with the terms of the A.G.
