Notice of Annual General Meeting ("AGM")

A.G. BARR p.l.c. which produces and markets some of the UK's leading drinks brands, including IRN-BRU, Rubicon, Strathmore and Funkin, announces it has today published its Notice of Annual General Meeting (the "Notice") for the year ended 25 January 2020.

The Company's Annual General Meeting ("AGM") will be held at its head office, Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD, on 25 June 2020 at 09:30 am.

In light of Government restrictions in response to the Coronavirus (COVID-19) outbreak in the United Kingdom, shareholders will not be permitted to attend the AGM in person and are encouraged to vote in advance using their proxy form, further details of which are contained in the Notice.

This year's AGM will be convened with the minimum necessary quorum of two shareholders.

Copies of the Notice and form of proxy for use at the AGM are available to view on the Company's website: www.agbarr.co.uk and will be submitted to the National Storage Mechanism and will shortly be available for inspection at  https://data.fca.org.uk/#/nsm/nationalstoragemechanism
