Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc

The Board of Baronsmead Second Venture Trust plc (the "Company") announces that on 13 September 2022, 1,300,000 Ordinary shares of 10p each were sold by the Company from the shares held in Treasury at a price of 0.6525 65.25 pence per share.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares held in Treasury by the Company is 31,515,737 30,215,737.

The resultant total number of Ordinary shares in issue excluding shares held in Treasury (and therefore the total number of voting rights of shares in circulation) is 326,373,736 327,673,736.

The total number of Ordinary shares that the Company has in issue is 357,889,473.
