Pursuant to Regulations 30 of the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligation and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015 read with Schedule III Part A Para A, we would like to inform that the Board of Directors in their meeting held on 301h June, 2021 approved the appointment of Mr. Manish R. Patel, Practicing Company Secretary as the Secretarial Auditor of the Company for the Financial Year 2021-2022.
Disclosure of information pursuant to Regulation 30 of SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, read with circular No. CIRICFD/CMD/4/201 5 dated 9th September, 2015 are attached as Annexure-A.
