Notification and public disclosure of transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibilities and persons closely associated with them

Barclays PLC (the "Company") announces the following transactions by persons discharging managerial responsibility ("PDMRs") in ordinary shares of the Company with a nominal value of 25 pence each ("Shares") of which it was notified on 23 June:

1.     The Company granted the individuals below a conditional award to acquire Shares under the Barclays Long Term Incentive Plan  (the "Award"). Shares under the Award typically vest in five tranches over seven years, subject to performance conditions being met.
