The Performance Rights that were converted to Ordinary Shares were issued under Bapcor's FY18 Long Term Incentive Plan (LTIP), which vested when the performance hurdles were met, under the terms of the FY18 LTIP (as set out in Bapcor's Notice of Annual General Meeting lodged with the ASX on 4 October 2017).
