Release of shares from voluntary escrow

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Bapcor Limited (the Company ) advises that 1,234,567 ordinary shares in the Company will be released from escrow on 1 April 2017.

The escrowed shares were issued as part consideration for the acquisition by the Company of the Bearing Wholesalers business in 2016. For more information about the acquisition, refer to the Company’s ASX announcement dated 11 February 2016.
