Release of shares from voluntary escrow

In accordance with Listing Rule 3.10A, Bapcor Limited (the Company ) advises that 2,817,313 ordinary shares in the Company ( Escrowed Shares ) will be released from escrow on the date that the Company releases its full year results for the period ended 30 June 2016, which is currently expected to be on or around 18 August 2016.

The Escrowed Shares were issued as part consideration for the acquisition by the Company of Aftermarket Network Australia Pty Ltd (formerly Metcash Automotive Holdings Pty Ltd) in July 2015.
