– BURSON GROUP INVESTOR DAY 19[th] April 2016

As advised during the FY16 1[st] half results announcement on 18[th] February 2016, Burson Group Ltd will be holding an Investor Day in Melbourne on Tuesday April 19[th] . The day is planned to start and finish at the Group’s Head Office in Preston, Victoria – from 9.30am to 4.00pm.

The format of the Investor Day is as follows:

• 9.30am START – 61 Gower Street, Preston, Victoria.

  • Briefing on Burson Group structure and key business pillars

  • Tour of Burson Trade DC Preston

  • Travel by bus to see stores – Burson Trade, Autobarn (Incl Opposite Lock), Midas

  • o Tour of ANA DC at Nunawading (including lunch)

• 3.00pm

  • Return to Burson Preston for briefing on Optimisation Projects

• 4.00pm FINISH

(Note: All participants must travel on buses to the various sites to be visited. Parking will be available at Preston.)

The initial briefing (9.30am) and Optimisation Projects briefing (3.00pm) will have availability to listen on a conference call. The briefings will also be filmed and available for viewing afterwards on the Burson Group website. Details of the conference call will be provided closer to the event.

Burson Executive Management will participate in the tour, along with local management.
